SERVICE OFFERING

All hardware, used in EchoPOS solutions, remain as the property of our company, but their right of use is granted to enterprises as a part of provision of service.

All Payment Registering Device Units are invoiced, together with their ownership, to the enterprise as of the date of effect of the agreement, and their prices are collected on monthly basis, included in rental fee. EchoPOS cash registers are delivered ready-to-use to the enterprise in accordance with the agreement.

Current situation: Enterprises perform the transactions through one-piece cash registers while they perform the credit card transactions through EFT POS devices with external connection.

EchoPOS has connected the Cash Registering Devices (CRD) to the PCPOS hardware set and the back offices of the enterprises, and thus, developed an easy-to-manage, easy-to-use, flexible, competitive and end-to-end integrated sales and payment systems solution thanks to the new-generation smart software architecture.

All System updates can go live centrally and automatically following the version check. All updates are extended free-of-charge during the term of services.

Your data can be stored either on our Servers or on the Cloud managed by us, as you prefer.

You can access the sales data of all your shops on live basis through either your Computer or Mobile phone by means of our Mobile application, as you prefer.

In consequence of the analysis by our Project Team, 3rd Party Integrations can be commissioned in a short time in parallel with our strategic roadmap.

The support for use can be provided to all our Cash Registers upon establishment of Internet connection.

Our Call Center provides uninterrupted service between 09:00 - 21:00 every day.

Our system is used in all provinces across our country, and the support is provided by our call center, as necessary.
